The Tanzania High Commission is accredited to the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and multilateral organizations which are also based in our areas of accreditations. Our website provides some useful information about the functions of our Mission, country profile and important links with other Government institutions and agencies which may be of interest to our visitors.

Our mission is to promote and to enhance relations with the UK, Ireland and multilateral organizations. We are also tasked with the responsibility of engaging with Tanzanians living in the UK and Ireland. In implementing our new foreign policy of economic diplomacy we have been mandated with the task of promoting trade and investment and provide information on investment opportunities, tourism attractions and the prevailing investment climate in Tanzania.
